Yes, it's true... all seven of us have made it to the bright city of Las Vegas, Nevada!!!
It took an exhausting day of traveling but we did it!
First- a BIG shout out to Dick Stoddard for driving to the airport twice. Once with Sam Stoddard, Sam Wood and Michelle, and once with Sam Wood's wallet and phone. We love you, Dick!

Meanwhile.... Paul, Emily and Maggie were traveling from Boston and started their journey at 6am at Logan Airport.
After Maggie and Paul got felt up by the TSA people, they made it safe and sound to Chicago, had some lunch and then headed to Vegas.

Those Airline people really strapped Paul in! We decided it was for the best.
We all met up at the Alamo car rental, got a sweet maroon Mini Van and a white Nissan and headed to our hotel in Vegas! Jake brought Paul a fancy pants expensive whirlwind wheel chair 30000 2.0! (we made that up but its still cool).
For dinner we took a native's advice and went to Ellis Island Casino & Restaurant. Our new friend said, "you can get a prime rib for 8 bucks." We were sold! (Except our only vegetarian, Emily.... she ate a baked potato for dinner).
Luckily, it was after 4pm!

When we were not looking, but Michelle was photographing, Sam made it to the slot machines! He lost $1!!!!!!
Tomorrow we are sleeping in and then heading to the Grand Canyon!!!!
